What is Toolbox?
Local Government Toolbox makes local Council business processes more transparent and consistent and provides customers with better access to the information they need. This enables customers to operate their business within the regulatory standards of government more effectively and create consistency between a number of Council’s key legislative requirements.
Toolbox Customer Enhancements
Local Government Toolbox was further developed as part of the Regulation Reduction Incentive Fund (RRIF) SEQ which was part of an Australian Government initiative to provide local government authorities with incentives to reduce local government red tape for small and home-based businesses. RRIF SEQ improved business processes and access to consistent information.
